First off, lets thank the Cocoa Beach and New Smyrna chapters for assisting at the Sebastian Pro and providing security on two of the coldest nights of the event. As special thank you goes out to Connie Howard, a real angle. Connie was at the event almost every day with home made cinnamon rolls, French toast and chili. Not only can she cook but she was a huge help to us and a true  servant.

The event had some delays and some windy conditions but Sunday brought blue sky's and off shore winds creating solid shoulder high surf that allowed the guys to do their thing. Aaron Cormican, Blake Jones, Corey Lopez and Nathanial Curran were in the finals. Aaron almost squeaked it out in the last minute with a flurry of waves but Nathaniel held on and took the home the $12,000 first place prize money

A Praise Report: CSSI was able to serve the competitors and the spectators throughout the event with great appreciation. We had over 30 people sign up to be on our e-mail list, we sold a dozen CS t-shirts and passed out over 40 Noah’s Ark DVD’s and had some great conversations with the surfers and those attending the event.
