A: Yes it is and there are separate lodging accommodations and chaperones for male and female participants.
Q: How good of a surfer do I have to be?
A: You don’t need to be a good surfer, or even a surfer at all. What you need to be is someone who has a desire to follow Christ, and to reach the surfing community. In years past there have been surfers of all different skill levels at Prep School, and some non-surfers as well. Just be prepared to man the video camera if you are sitting on the beach!
Q: What are the weather and waves like in the St. Augustine, FL in August?
A: The air temperature is around 73°F at night and 88°F during the day—hot. The water temperature is normally in the low to mid 80’s—warm (bring surf trunks and a bucket of sunscreen). Average surf is in knee to chest high range and brings a lot of punch on the right tide.

We are stoked. We really can’t wait to meet you new ‘Prep Schoolers’ and see those from years past.
